From there, we focus on translating insight into action.
Each session ends with one small, practical step to work on between sessions - something that fits your life rather than disrupts it.

Climbing mountains taught me that real change doesn't happen all at once - it happens through small, steady steps.
That's how I think about health and well-being too. Most people don't need more information. They need a realistic way to make change fit into everyday life.
